Working with Art and the Arco team has been a pleasure. They delivered their service efficiently, on time, and with great care. We were most impressed with Art and his level of knowledge and extremely professional and courteous service. He delivered on everything he promised including and highly thorough photographic inspection, which really helped us make a decision as to whether to replace the whole roof or just parts of it. We feel that this saved us thousands of dollars! Art's follow up was also excellent and we know that we can always contact him (and have!) as a resource for other home issues we have. As well, his team that actually performed the job were fantastic. Often, a neighbourhood has to put up with loud, foul people and their music when a roof is being replaced, but Art's team was extremely courteous and polite the whole time. We have recommended Arco to our neighbours and friends and will continue to do so!
