Salesman response and estimate to BBB email request fpr estimate was very fast compared to 6 other companies that had been asked for estimates. Saleman (Doug) kept on top of the contract as ot progressed and kept me informed totally of stages and timing. Very integrated company. Site foreman was young but very polite both with me and his workers. Work was very professionally done. Price was about same as competitors. Pleasure of dealing with company and confidence that the crew was competent was reassuring. Site foreman, salesman, and office administrator all pleasant and seemed very competent. Claw does not sub contract the job to others as do many other companies, which was important to me.. Installed Malarkey Legacy SBS Antique Brown shingles and EZ Ridge cap with hail impact resistance. On pink stucco bungalow in Calgary. I am really happy that i accidentally discovered Claw through the BBB website.
