It is a great experience having Security Alarm Monitoring through SafeTech . The customer Service is excellent,responsive and responsible. i had requested to upgrade my sysrem and Malik responded me in a timely manner to accommodate our need to include few sensors at our home to further strengthen security and safety measures. i asked for a specific convenient time and he respondedquickly by scheduling that time slot. Everything about the contract and charges was explained in detail as our expectations. Great Service !! recommend SafeTech to all.

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. We've been with SafeTech for the last 1 months. The service has been good - monitoring team are quick to contact. We did manage to trigger the alarms a number of times when we initially moved in. Their notifying system is very good and response time excellent.
