I was initially very impressed with the product and service as I believe in the use of recycled glass for this purpose. The installers were prompt,efficient and cleaned up after themselves. A minor was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Now, 8 months later, my countertops have numerous pits. Because this product has a lifetime warranty, I called the office to make an appointment for these to be repaired. After 4 weeks and several promises to return my phone calls (calls never happened), I was finally given a date and time. I rushed home from work early to ensure I was there but half an hour after the scheduled, they still had not shown up nor had anyone called. I then called the office and was assured that they would find out where the workmen were and would be given a call back. I waited for another 90 minutes and no workmen showed up nor was there a phone call. Again today I called and was promised a time to go along with a scheduled date but this this "3 minute later phone call" has yet to happen and it is now 4 hours later. Not only is the company not standing behind the product, it appears that the product is inferior to what was told to me. I am very disappointed and disillusioned by this company. After writing my last review expressing my dissatisfactions, I must say that I am more than pleased with the response I received from Greg Brown, the owner. Within hours of my review being posted, Greg phoned me to further investigate my concerns. Upon hearing them, he immediately came to Red Deer and personally rectified the problem and followed up with a phone call about 4 days later. Greg was genuinely concerned that I was not happy and did everything to ensure that I am now satisfied. Thank you, Greg, for making everything right.
