Based on online research and getting four reputable HVAC companies in for inspection and quotes, I chose Able Air for the installation of a Heat Pump, new gas furnace (as secondary backup), water heater, and water softener. The entire experience was professional and positive, from the initial consultation with Mike, to the installation technicians (Martin, Shahin, & Ehsan), and Nadine in the office. Everyone worked together to ensure everything was installed and configured the way I envisioned (fully communicating system to centrally control both temperature and humidity). They were great about accommodating a last minute change, when I decided to switch to an electric water heater from gas...and a special shoutout to Martin and his crew, they worked diligently to complete a two day job in one long day, to ensure I didn't go a night without heat. They were personable, knowledgeable, happy to answer all my questions, careful when moving tools & equipment, and cleaned up thoroughly when done. All told, Able Air did a fantastic job at a competitive price, I'll be contacting them for any future HVAC needs.

Bought a home that was a former rental and Frank did an excellent job of cleaning 20 years of pet hair, dirt, and debris out of the ducts and vents. He was very professional and personable, taking the time to answer all my questions. Thank you for a job well done!
