Gaylene the saleswoman took her time to go through my options and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. She knew I was getting other quotes and did not pressure me in any way. Her follow-up calls were appreciated. For my installation, Kadon and Coleman were friendly, fast and efficient. I still marvel at the fact it only took them seven hours from start to finish! They answered all my questions and provided information about the care of my new shower. I found my water pressure low and when Gaylene called to see how the install went, I told her. I immediately got a call from Greg to problem solve and he made an appointment to visit the next day if the troubleshooting didnt work. It did and I was able to restore the water pressure with no appointment needed. You can tell this is a team of people who like what they do and they do it together. They are well organized and every point of contact through this process was enjoyable. You just cant go wrong with Bath Solutions!

As for installations we are very fortunate to have, I feel the absolutely best install team in our franchise. Kadon is a true professional in his craft. Coleman is fairly new with us but is gong to be a huge asset with us also.
