If it start snowing early morning, you have to wait during the day to see what time they want to come (usually after 11 am); that means if you need to take your car to work, you still need to shovel your drive way. Today for example, it has been snowing during the day, we havemore than 10 cm of snow; it is 2 pm and they have not even show up. When you call to ask for the service , they say that they clean 10 cm or more; what they do not say is that if it is going to snow more than 10, you would need to wait until they fell it is time to do it . That way, you pay almost $400 to still shovel every time it snows to be able to go your car out .other wise, you need to pay for public transportation
