Either they aren't familiar with the products they carry or they don't listen. Pushed what was in stock and not what we needed. We were told the fixture we wanted was not made by the supplier so that we would purchase what was in stock. Another salesperson pointed out that it is available from the supplier so that was not true. The owner treated us horribly and argued with us when we asked why it took repeated visits for someone to tell us we could simply order what we needed. I would not recommend this poor level of service and disrespect for customer needs to anyone. They are not interested in client satisfaction at all.
