When I phone the receptionist/dispatcher was very helpful, asking for information and assisting me in providing the right information. The repairman was courteous and did a good job, telling me what was wrong with my dryer and giving me advice about maintenance.

Century Carpet came in and moved furniture, cleaned my carpets and completed the job in an afternoon while I was at work. They were willing to have my neighbour monitor the job and complete the payment as I was not able to be there. They did a great job.
Investigated leak in toliet seal and replaced necessary parts.
Brad and Bob were both very helpful and informative about the work that needed to be done. They were polite and coourteous, making sure that they completed the work at a time that fit my schedule and being careful to clean up any messes. They went the extra mile and fixed a couple of extra taps and hoses that they noticed were in need of attention.
