Dave from Advantage called ahead and arrived on time. The service was great. Dave took the time to understand the scope of the problem and developed a great strategy to deal with the carpenter ants. He answered all my questions and went the extra mile to satisfy me and solve my problem. He explained the warranty and put my mind at ease.
