I just noticed that this supplier is on this site and good or bad I always feel that customers need to share their experience so that others can be fully informed. I would never recommend this company for two reasons. The quality of the build turned out to be deficient. We had 2 skimmers installed. One for the main return and the other for the waterfall. They were put in at different heights meaning that one is never at the optimum usefullness. If the waterfall is to work the height of the water has to be too high which means the main filter is not doing its job. I was sold an automatic cleaner which worked for 2 weeks and has never worked since. Contacting the company turned out to be useless. The people who originally came to build the pool needed screwdrivers, hammers, wrenches etc. They were ill prepared and it was extremely annoying. I don't mind helping a bit but to have the door constantly knocked on asking for something else became a chore. One of the people constructing the pool asked for some dish cleaner as he had been camping on the weekend and he had left hamburger in his cooler and he wanted to get "rid of the smell". I gave it to him. When I went out to play with my two dogs all of a sudden they were smelling in a bush and wouldn't come when called. I quickly ran to where they were and sure enough the guy had dumped the bad meat into my landscaping. I called the owner who said" I'm sorry, but I have a lot of trouble finding good people every summer and he's new to the company". Honestly...I could go on and on. There are a lot more pool builders who are not as "tired" as this one has become. Do yourself a favour....look elsewhere...you'll thank me.

I purchased 3 of these services through a group buying service. The first time Mark showed up he wasn't able to complete the service as he didn't have a ladder tall enough to reach the 2nd story???? Who doesn't have a ladder for a standard size house with them on the day of the appointment? He seemed very pleasant and said he'd come back with the proper equipment at the first opportunity. It took a long time for him to return. To be honest...it wasn't a good or thorough job. I booked my 2nd and 3rd appointments online as he never returned any direct phone calls.I would never have booked the additional services but unfortunately I had already prepaid them. He came the 2nd time and didn't clean anything. He just left the invoice for his HST. I called the group buyer and got a refund for my services. Absolutely Horrible! Do yourself a big favour and take this review as SERIOUS. You will not be happy with this wolf in sheep's clothing.

I don't even know where to begin. I've been having my property (and private road) cleared for 9 years now. I met Jay this year and was totally taken in by not only his personality but his complete professionalism. I could go on for days about how amazing he and his service are...but I won't. Do yourself the biggest favour you could ever imagine. HIRE THIS GUY (and his team). It will be the best money you ever spent (and saved by the way) and you can rest assured that it will be done correctly every time. Jay...you're the best I've ever come across and I hope everyone that reads this takes my advice and gives you the opportunity you richly deserve. I really wish I could give you more than a "10"!
