I called Buchanan Plumbing to replace the lead service pipe from the city lines to my house. Larry was the plumber to do the work, and he was very professional and did a great job. The city has a loan program to encourage people to do this work, and he handled the paperwork for this quickly and accurately. I have used him since for all of my smaller plumbing jobs as well.
I used Cozens Property Inspections to inspect a new home purchase. He was very friendly and helpful, and took time to explain everything as he was going through the properly. His wife is a mould inspector, and she came along with the price of the inspection as well. The report we got was thorough, although it was made a little unprofessional looking with a cheap inkjet printer that was low on ink. We did end up having a minor issue with mould in the basement that wasn't spotted by the inspector, but I'm not sure if it was detectable at inspection time or not. I would probably use them again in the future.
