We just moved in to the area and were renting, we only planned to buy in the spring but were quickly advised that the floorplan we liked was available as an inventory home and that they didn’t had any plans for building another for the time being. We visited the show home and the site of the inventory home being built. We were informed of all the options already included in the price and the one still available to add. We were very well informed and just in love with the house location. We had some conditions to be respected as we needed to sell a previous house, we were well advised, guided and accommodated throughout the whole process. The house was delivered on time and in pristine condition, whatever minor repairs (that even I didn’t notice) were noted and taken care of without issues.
