Called for an appointment to repair our Wash machine. I was informed of the basic service call cost with parts extra. I made the appointment and Ed and Oliver arrived exactly in the time period they said they would. Ed tested my machine and immediately diagnosed the problem. He informed me of the cost of the parts required. Once I had approve the repair both Ed and Oliver immediate disassembled the Wash machine, replaced the defective parts, which they had with them. The Unit was reassembled, and tested all within about 20 minutes. I was impressed with their product knowledge and work ethic. Will definitely use them again.
