We have had trouble identifying the cause of a leak in our basement for sometime. James identified the problem immediately and put things in place to prove that it was not a roofing problem but that we had a crack in the ventilation stack. We called a plumber, replaced the stack and James made the necessary changes to seal the stack on the roof. Without James’s professional roofing experience and knowledge we would still be looking for the source of the leak. We highly recommend him.
