the front desk was very nice and helpful when i was describing the type of lock i had. i tried to get it fix at first so they sent a person here to remove the lock and sent it back to the store to get fixed. they brought the lock back and it still didnt work so i ended up ordering a new one. the only bad thing was that the lock installer did not have a part for the lock in his truck and he ended up having to go back to the shop to get the part. the bill ended up including the time he left to go back to the store.
