On a Sunday afternoon one of the cables snapped on our double garage door, so it wouldn't close properly. I messaged 3 different companies and Don Don replied within 2-3 minutes with a phone call. The two technicians arrived about 45 minutes later. After assessing the damage, they walked me through various options. Although the job turned out to be much larger than they'd thought, they spent the next 3-4 hours fixing things up & the door works way better than it ever did! They were both super friendly and candid, I did not feel that I was being up-sold at all. Thanks guys, you did an excellent job!

I contacted Amin to help replace an old gas oven for a new one. Service appointment was booked the next day and communication/instructions were very clear & expedient. He came on time and was quickly able to complete the job.
