This is Sears contractor. They never respect Sears 48 hours response policy to customers. I claimed warranty services for my dishwasher. They just keep on delaying to show up nearly one month. Every time I called them, they gave me a later date to wait for their call. But they never followed up. Very terrible experience. Please ask who is the warranty contractor before you buy an appliance. I will keep away from them forever.
