Our furnace was being super finicky, wouldn’t start this morning. He came out very quickly- he was fun, pleasant and an all around nice guy, he quickly diagnosed the issue, waited and made sure everything was fine, had suggestions to keep it running smoothly. He lives up to his reviews, I wish I could give him 10 stars , such a relief , in this day and age, to have such caring , honest people around! Thank you, Tom!
