Marsh's has installed 2 gas fireplaces for me and their service is always prompt, courteous, and expert. Ian, the person who came out to check on a problem with the upstairs fireplace was very professional, courteous and very thorough in checking for the cause of the problem. I have never had any worries dealing with this company; they care about providing their customers with excellent service all the time!
Grand Duke's renewed down sofa cushions, repaired and upholstered a chair and also recovered armrests for my parents' wheelchair. They are knowledgeable, meticulous, courteous, and give good advice and great after-sales service. I have used them several times over the past 20 years.

NorthShore is the best company I have ever dealt with in home renovations! From Laura in the office to Darren the owner and Tony and Ryan who did the work, everyone was very pleasant, professional and informative. The owner personally did the estimating, and Tony and Ryan used a level every step of the way and took the time and care to make sure everything fit precisely and water-tested the eaves once they were done to make sure everything was leveled properly and working as it should. It looks great and through the last couple of rainstorms worked well! The work was done promptly and completed in one day.
