Kevin and Bob just completed painting the exterior trim on our duplex. Not an easy job because it's a complicated roof with lots of nooks and crannies and hard to reach soffits and fascia boards. However, their experience and craftsmanship enabled them to meet the challenge and do a great job. They obviously take pride in their work because it shows up in the results. Our project was to remove an old fiberglass shower stall and replace it with tiled walls and a tile base plus curb. At first glance it seems like a straightforward job but there are a lot of elements and skills from different trades involved. Sandro handled them all deftly and expertly whether it involved framing, plumbing, tiling or waterproofing. He was professional in his approach and in the execution of his tasks and he completed the job on time and on budget. We found Sandro to be very personable, easy to work with and he provided good suggestions during the course of the job. We already have another project we would like him to undertake and would not hesitate to recommend him for general house improvements of any kind. John and Liz M
