Randy is very personable and knowledgeable and fully credited. After a virus destroyed my computer, he advised me about what I would need re a laptop to replace my computer. After purchasing it, he installed it and my new printer which was quite involved, as well as linked my external hard drive and gave me much advice and all the tools I would need to access everything on my new computer. He is so patient and explained every step as he was performing these exercises so that I would understand what he was doing and how it was beneficial. I am so happy with all his help over the past year and I would definitely recommend him to anyone - I was referred to him by a close friend. Also he made himself available immediately as my computer was not operational and he is always on time. The quality of his work, the fact that he is mobile, not to mention the reasonable rates, makes him my go-to person always regarding my computer needs and I thank Randy so much for being there for me.
