A review for Pioneer Waterproofing and Basement Structural Repair

They were competitively priced and easy to contact / speak to before and during the project. I had a straight forward basement wall that needed waterproofing and in the process we discovered the weeping tile was plugged solid. Pioneer was able to arrange for the weeping tile to be power cleaned and bad sections replaced without fuss. They accomodated my minor requests and ultimately, what really matters... the water problem is fixed.

A review for Maximum Roofing

I'm a year late with this review, but after watching my neighbours re-roof their home this week, I thought... 'they should have called the guys at Maximum' like I did. Sean came promptly to quote, was competitive and explained things clearly. He was also able to reasonably acquire and install my special request skylights. He was helpful with selecting shingle options etc. The Maximum crew was tidy, efficient and polite... despite very hot working conditions. In contrast, the neighbour's crew of competitors is making a mess and annoying the area with loud music. The neighbour's company even decided to park their truck in my driveway blocking me in. 'Complete' yahoos, if you ask me... Maximum did not do anything silly like that, which I'm thankful for, and I would recommend them.
