Newbie in Ottawa

I purchased a coffee table from Structube. Later on I found a different piece from another store. I was worried that Structube will not give me a full refund for the coffee table. But the store salesperson was super friendly and there was no problem at all... I was very happy that they gave me a full refund!

It took this company 3 months to finally come and install my eavestrough after my initial deposit. Then there was leaking, after contacting them via email and phone numerous times, I have not received a single response. I gave up at the end. Not recommended for anyone.
