Very professional from the time we contacted them to the time the job was finished. Our old furnace died just before the cold spell and we decided to replace it rather than repair it; however, they were unable to do the complete replacement for 2 weeks so they sent a repairmen out free of charge before hand to get the old furnace working until they were able to replace it. The replacement took them the full day but there were some complications, they finished it within a reasonable amount of time and the agreed upon price never changed even though it took longer.

We needed some tile for a new kitchen backsplash and when we went here they had a good selection of tiles but not very may that meet our criteria. In the end we did find something that worked there and they had just enough for us to purchase for our home. In the end it was a good trip because we saved about 50% on our tile.

The inspector that we had was very professional and very complete with the service provided. Everything that was promised was delivered on in the end. During the inspection he gave good advise for slight problem areas of the home and how we could correct them, as well as very friendly and easy to get along with.
