We had a huge leak from an old toilet that leaked into our lower bathroom ceiling. this company was very professional with fixing it - excellent customer service, I never had to chase them down in fact they kept me on schedule! Good detail in their work, everything looked great when they were done, would definitely recommend them to others in the Vancouver area.

Got a new roof from them 5 years ago, 1-2 years ago it started leaking and they "repaired" it, only for us to find that another 1-2 years later it started leaking yet again. Contacted them, they did not phone back, just sent someone there unannounced - roof is covered under a 10 year warranty however the guy who came said the warranty was void because a pipe was sticking out of the roof which is where the leak originated (they never pointed this out to us when they first did our roof). I am now taking my complaint to the better business bureau, this should be covered under the warranty but they refuse to fix it. Very rude people on staff as well who will not return our calls. Apparently this company passed from father to sons, used to be good but has really gone down the tubes according to colleagues.
