Dryer duct was filled with lint and what appeared to be melted popcorn insulation (!) in the duct. We expected the lint but not the insulation. Don't know how the insulation got there. It took extensive effort to clear out the duct and Matt explained what he was doing and why as I looked over his shoulder during the process. Good service with a smile.
