I was having a lot of lag problems with my laptop as whenever I tried to browse the internet or watch a movie, there would be some sort of background application which would take up all of the memory resulting in poor running speeds. Upon taking the laptop to this shop and diagnosing it, we found out that were several unwanted programs that was part of the problem.
