I was able to schedule everything very easily with Bakhtiyar. On the day of the service Bakhtiyar was very punctual and begun the job immediately. He was very friendly and was communicating what he was doing every step a long the way. He was also giving me tips on how to use and troubleshoot the prodcuts. He was very efficient in the process of installing everything and has a lot of knowledge and experience. I recently had two repairs done by Ilya and everything went very well. Ilya was very professional throughout the entire process. When he came to the first appointment he easily figured out what the issues were with my two appliances and ordered the necessary parts.
