They have every little kitchen gadget or tool you could ever need.. The quality of their goods and the prices are great. Our $50 went a long way... The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable too.

A review for Home Depot - Cambie St

We recently had new carpets installed in two bedrooms and the living room of our condo prior to selling it, and decided to go with Home Depot as they had a deal where the install is only $199, no matter how many rooms there are! The salesperson was decent, but it was the installers that shined for me! They were very professional and efficient. The condo was a tight space and they even helped us move a couple of pieces of furniture. If you're doing multiple rooms at a time, it's definitely worth waiting for the $199 promotion! A great price for a great install experience.

A review for West Coast Home Services

We noticed that our basement was flooding and discovered it was due to our downspout coming off the wall. We called a couple companies for quotes. Being first-time homeowners, we didn't really know what to expect. A couple of companies came and gave us written quotes which they leave in your mailbox (they drop by to inspect during the day, so we didn't have to be at the house, which is great). West Coast Home Services called me with the quote instead, and I didn't think to ask for a written quote. Their verbal quote was the lowest of the companies so we accepted theirs. The work was done in a timely and professional manner, which we are very pleased with, however when the invoice came it was approx. $75 higher than the verbal quote. Because we had nothing in writing, we didn't bother disputing it...as the price still seemed fair, but just remember to get your quotes in writing!!
