I purchased Fridge/Stove/Dishwasher back in February and due to Covid I knew that there would be delays with the delivery. It is now October and I have yet to receive my Stove. Every time I call the delivery date is changed no one knows (including my sales rep) where my stove is and unfortunately because they have my $1000 deposit. I cannot walk away and buy it elsewhere. If I didn't constantly call them I would not have known about these date changes. I called Friday so livid and they escalated my concern that I have no friggin stove since February and still, no Manager/Owner has called me. This is absolutely unacceptable. Plus my Fridge came and I had to install my own handles. A customer spends over $10K on appliances and you have to install your own handles.
