I purchased a desk for my daughter. When it arrived it had a crack. They send out a repair person who could not make it look much better. They sent me a brand new desk.

What could this company do to improve their services?

I purchased a couch and recliner form Harlem Funiture. This furniture is not used much. The spring broke and Harlem refused to help me. Even at my own cost. After 1 year they want nothing to do with their customers. I will never buy anything from them again.

What could this company do to improve their services?
Call back customer when you leave a message for the store manager. Promised me you would call back. Asked you to just put me in touch withsome who could repair the seat spring. Even though I feel a spring should not break in a 2 year time period. It's in my finished basement. Used less then 20 times. Very poor customer service.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
I would not recommend a store that gives no customer service after 1 year. Don't they want repeat customers??
