Storm in Calgary

We presented a plumbing problem and they recommended a solution. Tok money up front and when he solution arrived it was absolutely unsuitable and did not meet our requirements or solve our problem. They are and have refused a refund. We are now out almost a thousand dollars ($1000) and no solution to our problem.

The shower head was disfunctional they would not return it. $40. Because the package was opened. No other reason. So why deal with these folks? Never again. They have a no return policy end of story.
