M in Hoffman Estates

I had a very straight forward installation service purchased through Lowe's. It was the removal of a shower door and the replacement with a newly purchased one through the store. The project took over 2 months. We called the store several times to see when the project would be completed and they would promise to call back and would not. We were calling every day at the end until the contractor showed up. We obviously had a bone to pick with their contractor but we were more disappointed in Lowe's for not managing the project AT ALL. Could have researched a contractor and managed the project myself for cheaper. We only went with Lowe's because we were new to the area. Will not return to this store for anything.

We had an outlet that had sheared off when a painting fell off the wall. Valentino came out the same day that we placed the service order understanding that we had small children in the house. The outlet was in our family room so it was important to us that it be fixed right away. They were prompt and courteous. I definitately would recommend them to a friend.
