They came, they estimated, they came back and they did it on budget and on time. They did try to upsell us a bit more than we were comfortable with and we had to stick to our guns on that; but they were not really "pushy". Generally they were neat in their work (they cleaned up the shavings from their work) and they were fast (they took 90 minutes to do three doors) and thorough, but perhaps they were a bit too fast as there were a couple of slight gouges here and there,and some paint removed on the door finishes.
