My service was international relocation on Dec 2019 from Hong Kong to Australia - Brisbane. I had a extreme bad experience of their service. It was not proactively to provide service by Hong Kong director Sammy. I needed to keep follow up for their schedule of removal date in 3 weeks time and even no follow up action by Australia forwarder when they didn't received my email reply for 2 weeks. In fact, I didn't receive their email that's why I had not reply. Everything was needed to keep on eyes by myself. Finally my boxes were delivered to door, unfortunately, one of my carton was lost. I was being informed my carton cannot be found at both Hong Kong and Australia, and they were unable to chase up for location due they do not have such system to support it. I cannot fully claim what I packed in the lost box, as Sammy did not fill in all items that I had. At the day they packed my boxes, he just asked me what's about in the box which was for clearance purpose instead of telling me which was as well as for insurance company. Thus the inventory form was listed about 2 items for each carton only. I had no experience of international relocation, I believed him, but I found it now, it is absolutely a very big regret to me. Of course it was not useful to complain at Hong Kong because Sammy is the only one in charge forwarder, therefore I complained to Head Office Toronto. Very disappointed, I definitely have not received any response from Toronto Head Office till now for 3 weeks already. They are not responsible, not reliable and very weak customer service. The ranking of Customer Experience I will give below zero.
