We signed a contract with Jade Roofing and Eavestrough (a family run business) and paid a deposit as requested. They did not show up on the date the work was to start. We made several attempts to contact REG (the father) with no success of a return call. Through their website we connected with COLIN (the son). During our discussion with Colin he agreed to do the work but again no one showed up. We find this company unreliable and have been unsuccessful in getting our deposit back. PLEASE DO NOT USE.
