I would gladly recommend Egbert for anyone who needs an inspection in his service area. He is very personable and very knowledgable. He was able to point out items that were just regular maintenance items and those that needed attention. He was very thorough. He reassured us regarding a couple of items that we had concerns about and pointed out some other areas that could use with some attention to reduce the chance of heat loss. He made the inspection process very comforting, especially when you are buying a property that someone else has been maintaining for a few years. Definately recommend Diamond Inspections.
