On black Friday I went into Lowes to look for a bathroom vanity that was on sale for $149. I asked one of the employees on the floor and they had sold out of the item. The gentlemen asked if he would like him to locate one for him in the surrounding area. So I said, 'sure'. The employee ended up talking to the Danvers store and located the vanity and had the store put the item on hold for us. I was really appreciated his generousity for helping me locate the vanity, even if it was the busiest day for retailers.

My boyfriend and I wer in the process of renovating his parents half bath in the home and we needed to get lights, temporary light fixture, primer and other accessories. Every time we couldn't find what we were looking for we asked one of the employees and they each helped us find the items immediately. Every employee is friendly and very helpful. I would recommend to everyone to go back to Lowe's any day.
