They completed the installation in one day with 3 people. The old windows were harder to remove than they expected, but no real issues. They did a walk-through with me at the end to be sure everything was satisfactory, but both of us forgot to check the laundry room where that window did not get calked on the inside. I had to call them back out and they took care of it within 2 days. They cleaned up everything, were very polite and professional. The hardest part for us was removing all the blinds, brackets, and window treatments before the install, however 2 of their guys helped us with that.

The team at Fresh Home Innovations were a pleasure to work with and could not have been more professional. They were quick to respond from the start, answered our many questions and kept us in the loop throughout the process. The work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! The build staff was on time every day and made sure that everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. One of our window screens was damaged during the build but George dealt with the replacement right away at no charge. We would definitely work with them again.
