Approaching this project as complete renovation novices, Steven immediately put us at ease. He was lucid in his explanations, thoughtful in his suggestions and always available to talk through new ideas and to revise the plans as circumstances demanded. Of most importance is that we were approved for our building permit in five days with no revisions. He was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend Steven as a design consultant.

As soon as we met Andrew we knew that he was the right guy to re-design our disaster of a backyard. His passion and knowledge shone through and our expectations were more than met with a beautiful finished job.
