Todd and Darcy from Reliable were amazing. They acted fast and were super informative. They did a full assessment of the house and left behind traps for us. They talked to us at length about bed bug covers and different options for us. Reliable was super educated and shared that education with us so we were more empowered to keep an eye out for bugs in the event they showed up. I would use and recommend them again.

Extremely disappointed with Magic Pest Control. Technicians had horrible bedside manner, was not informed about different kinds of insect bites, did not provide clear explications of the process or situation. I would never use or recommend them to anyone.
