Tom came in to do my tiles in my living room area. He was very professional, and trust worthy. Setup plastic sheets on floors and ceiling creating a work done to keep dust in. He also cleaned the site and disposed of the trash himself. The end job was beautiful, all tiles were leveled and no a single tile was raised higher than their surrounding tiles (all leveled)
