We needed to replace our 25 year old furnace, and contacted Coad based on a friend's recommendation. Gary was extremely knowledgeable, prompt and came in with the best price out of all the companies we got quotes from. We were originally looking at a high-efficiency furnace, which Gary could have sold us & made a lot more money. However, he advised that a mid-efficiency unit would be the best option, given the size of our house. We were so pleased with the service, we hired him to service our Central Air unit also!

Somehow, our bathroom sink rusted out around the drain, resulting in a huge mess underneath. I called Mr. Rooter, who was able to come the next day. He was prompt, polite, clean (ran mats between the front door & the bathroom upstairs) and had everything removed/replaced in a very timely manner. I'd definitely recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone!
