I put out a Homestar Review for pest control services after dealing with a recurring mice problem at our home (garage and backyard) for almost a year. Nas called me within minutes of my post going up and showed up first thing the next morning. Not only was he very knowledgeable about what the problem was and how to treat it, he came prepared with everything he needed to complete the job right away. He actively looked around our property to identify the likely path the mice were taking so he could install the bait units accordingly. He also disposed of all the dead mice around our property. Nas didnt try to oversell his services to me and offered great rates. He even offered to deal with a growing ant infestation and a broken vent while he was here. Nas was trustworthy, knowledgeable and efficient. Given that the mice problem is likely affecting our whole street, we will not hesitate to recommend him and Ultimate Pest Solutions to all our neighbours.
