Once again Benchmark exceeded our expectations. This is our third time using their services and we were overall very pleased with their workmanship, attention to detail and willingness to offer their opinion and address items outside of the original scope of work. The workers were on time, flexible with scheduling and had great communication. They were also very friendly and pleasant to be around. They did various dry-wall repairs, installed baseboards, door trims, and painted the entire condo. They also did a fantastic job repairing our fireplace mantel that needed some TLC.
