Air conditioner supply and install/ gas leak repair

I contacted Joe after reading the Homestars reviews. From the beginning, Joe, the proprietor of Premi-Air has been responsive, courteous and professional. Instead of giving a quote over the phone, he came over to our house and evaluated its individual cooling needs before giving us a quote. On the day of the installation, his team was courteous, and their workmanship was very neat. Then Joe returned once again to inspect the AC installation. We really appreciated the attention to detail. On the second ocassion, we found a gas leak by our fireplace. After Enbridge confirmed the leak and shut the gas supply to our house, I had to scramble to get the leak repairs ... on a Sunday. I emailed Joe and immediately received a response. He said I should contact his emergency line. Bob, who manages the emergency line, arranged for a technician to come over to our house ASAP. We were very grateful for the fast service.

Iron inserts for double front doors

Andrew was very responsive, professional and paid great attention to detail. We ordered a "made to order" pattern that was manaufactured right here in the GTA. The ironwork is beautiful and more substantial looking than imported inserts. In addition, Andrew took the time to re-align our doors properly and now it opens and closes smoothly. We love our new door inserts. Everyone comments on how great it looks.

Thank You very much for review, Yuan That's why we prefer to work with local professional blacksmiths - they take great pride in their work & it certainly shows on the end result - your inserts. Of course adding so much additional weight to the doors has to be compensated by adding extra support, heavier duty hinges & proper door alignment. It is very important, otherwise the doors may not work properly in just a few weeks. But You don't have to worry about it with us:) Thanks again! Andrew Lusso Glass 416 834 9905
