Worst company ever. Broke things, rude, took ages for delivery. Never got same story twice and never had a phone call returned. Different weight for my things quoted in different emails (no scale on site at pickup or certificate from official weighing centre issued). Rolled our laser printer over and over across the floor to pack it. Took almost a month to deliver after saying they had weekly trucks leaving ON to SK. Turned up really late on delivery day with no apology or phone call and acted like I was terrible for being upset (after saying they will come an earlier day and not bothering to tell us they had changed the date until I called, they finally turned up on a Friday evening before a long weekend). Came in unmarked truck they couldn’t park properly, with local help who smelled like alcohol and were not experienced movers. Did not have anything to lay down and acted like we were crazy for wanting it. Many things broken, dented or scratched. Rude. I paid over the phone and then they wanted to swipe my credit card again. Really the worst service I ever had. We didn’t have that much stuff, so we thought to go with an inexpensive van line because it had good reviews, but just don’t do it, you will regret it.

We apologize for the inconvenience you had during your move. Because of the high volume of the business, sometimes we rent many trucks, that's why there will be no any sign of company's name on these trucks.
When we get an authorization for credit cards, it's over the phone, on the delivery date we must swipe the same card and get a signature from the customer. Otherwise we do not collect double payment. This procedure is important, Visa/Mastercard they want us to prove customer's signature, we have to have the swiped card.
The scale tickets are always attached the contract, if you wanted to see it, our driver's could show it to you. I personally apologize again for the inconvenience caused.
