A review for Limzak Environmental Services

Zack arrived on time and searched through our home. He showed us the mold in the attic. The inspection was free. We asked for the air quality tests which cost money (sent to a lab for testing). There was no issue with the air quality, but we will hire Zack to complete the attic cleaning and fix the source of the issue. He was great and honest. He did not try to sell anything. I would recommend his company (and already have) to anyone who suspects mold in their home. Thanks Zack!

A review for CanaDuct Cleaning, Heating & Cooling

Canaduct promptly arrived at my home and with little disruption, completed an effective duct cleaning within about 90 minutes. Upon his inspection, Paul confirmed my belief that there was a minor gas leak in the furnace and that furnace cleaning was now past due. Sanitizing was a great way to complete the duct cleaning. I was happy with his professionalism and thoroughness.

A review for Rico Electric

we moved into a home with aluminum wiring, garage door openers hooked into light sockets, sump pump on a shared line, and various other electrical things. After calling several electricians (rated very well on homestars) and not receiving a call back (Mapleleaf and Java were two of them) we called Rico. Their estimate was reasonable, they were quick to start the job....but it took longer than estimated to finish the work due to a delay in receiving permits from Oakville Hydro. Subash was great to deal with and very knowledgeable. When I discussed an issue with cleanliness with one of his electricians, it was promptly remedied. They did not harass us for money during the process. All in all, the work was done with very little incident (other than cleaning up some mess left behind, which they cleaned after my discussion with Subash). The reason they get an 8 not a 10 is due to cleanliness, and the delay. While I know it is due to Oakville hydro, waiting 3 weeks on a job that was supposed to take a week is still frustrating. However, they did the work, and stuck to the contacted price and were p,peasant to deal with. The team has lots of experience and made us feel comfortable with the work done.

A review for Wildwood Tree Service

we had a few companies come through and provide estimates on the work to be done on our home. Mike's quote was about average. What really set Wildwood apart from the rest was how thorough his quote was, and how knowledgeable Mike was. He offered suggestions on how we could improve the health of our trees. We needed to get a 30 year old tree removed as it was cracked and a large branch had already fallen off. A few other trees were dead and some hedges were removed. The team came in...they were extremely polite and professional. The yard was left clean and all debris was removed. It has been nearly a month since the work was done and we are very satisfied with the results! Thank you Mike and your team!
