after my wife's parents moved to a small condo, we needed help in cleaning out their house. we got quotes from several companies and rid-of-it was the best.

their estimate included cost (15% less than the others), and expected number of truck loads, and approx length of time it would take to complete the job.

we were happily surprised by the advance phone call advising they were on their way. their were very efficient and quick -- even with three full truck loads.

they even donated some furniture to the furniture bank.

We called 1800RidOfIt to remove some trash left over by some contractors. They called about 15 minutes before the appointed time to see if it would be okay to arrive a bit early (it was!) and were very efficient and professional in getting the job done. We received a courtesy phone call the next day to make sure we were happy with the service and were even sent a receipt with a $10 coupon for any future service with the company. We were very happy and will call them again should the need arise.
